Okay, all bragging aside. Guess what peeps, it is HUMP DAY!! How exciting. The middle of the week, half-way to the weekend. Woop woop!! Okay, okay all positivity aside I will keep this post really simple today.
GET OUT THERE AND RUN!!!!!!
If you didn’t have the chance to run Monday or Tuesday do it today…you still have time to get back on track (can that be considered a pun??). Move around some of your workouts.
Example: Yesterday you were supposed to run 3 miles, today is a rest day. Yesterday you rested…well it is only 11:15 a.m. on Wednesday so you still have a chance to move those 3 miles yesterday to today–get it?!
Wednesday mornings are usually my hard workouts (see yesterday’s post) but I switched my workouts since I knew the morning after Valentine’s Day, and
a little massive amounts of wine, there was no way I was waking up to do a hard workout.
So do it…there is nothing wrong with moving around your schedule. You should not be so tied down to a daily routine that you skip a workout altogether because it wasn’t technically on your calendar.
